How long will my flowers last?
We wish flowers would last forever but sadly they don’t. Flowers are fresh produce & while we can’t guarantee how long each bloom will last, we can promise we have hand selected the highest quality & freshest flowers for your order. Below you will find our flower care steps, these steps can help the life span of your florals!
How do I care for my flowers?
If you have received one of our bouquets or pot arrangements, below are a few tips on how best care for your flowers.
Bouquet care
- Ensure your vase is clean and filled with fresh water
- Unwrap your bouquet
- Trim the stems and place flowers into your clean vase. Make sure there are no leaves hitting the water
- Place your flowers away from direct sunlight and air conditioning
Pot arrangement care
- Place your flowers away from direct sunlight and air conditioning
- Check water levels daily and pour a small amount of water into the arrangement each day
When will my delivery arrive?
Our couriers deliver Monday – Saturday between 8am – 6pm. We have a large volume of orders going out daily, because of this we cannot guarantee a particular delivery time.
Please contact our staff directly on 0410 036 888 to submit a delivery time request upon placing the order & we will take that into consideration.
What happens if no one is home for the delivery?
If no one is home upon delivery, your order will be left in a safe place. However, if our courier cannot gain access (e.g. gate or dog present) or the area is unsafe/exposed to the elements your delivery will be returned to the shop for you to collect. If you would like your order to be redelivered, you may incur a second delivery fee.
Will my flowers like the picture online?
You order will embody the images shown online, however due to seasonal availability there may be variations to the images shown.

Do you do funeral flowers?
Yes we do, please contact us directly on 0410 036 888 or head in store to discuss memorial flowers.
I’m getting married, can I come in for a consultation?
Yes! We love to meet our clients in person, if you would like to arrange a consultation with our senior florists please fill out the enquiry form and we will contact you directly to arrange this!
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the flowers you have received, please contact us with in 24 hours of your purchase/receiving. Please provide images of what was received and we will be able to assist you further.
